I made a reservation what's next?
As soon as you fill the booking form and your credit card has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email in which all reservations details, hotel contact details, reservation, cancellation, non-show policy is clearly shown. It is always advisable to print the confirmation page. The hotel receives a copy of this email too. Soon after you your departure from your hotel, you will receive an invitation to fill a guest review for the hotel you stayed. It is not compulsory, but it will be useful for other guests.
